BCCA Area Associations are invited to enter representative teams of four riders in the International, and also representative teams of four Juniors in the Overflow race. N B The International is under UCI rules: No mountain bikes, lapped riders will be pulled out. The International is Advance Entries Only. For all other races we will accept entries on the line in the usual way, those who enter in advance will get their names in the programme.

Saturday 30th October regular Notts & Derby CXL event on the International course, Youth at 12:30, Under-12s at 13:30, all others at 14:15, entry on the line, the more the merrier.

Hot meals are available in the cafeterias in the centre buildings.

Spectators:
The course is laid out as five loops, so from the main viewing area in front of the scoreboard the riders may be seen five times including the start and finish and two pits. This area is exposed to every wind that blows!
Please take care crossing the course from the car-park.
There will be a snacks stall in the spectators car park.

The National Watersports Centre is one mile east of West Bridgford, off the A52 Nottingham to Grantham road, on the south bank of the River Trent

Course description:

Tarmac start at west end of lake, on lakeside through finish line, straight level tarmac for 500 metres. Turn left uphill on grass 180 deg, descend towards lakeside for 250m, turn right on short tarmac in front of scoreboard to barrier and pits on grass.
Continue back eastwards for 250 metres, right and left turns descend to lakeside tarmac. Continue straight and level for 300 metres then twisty section up and down grassy banks to 180 deg turn. Return westwards along top of bank for 250 metres, drop down to lakeside and hairpin back upwards through pits. Continue westwards along top of bank to right turn, barriers, pits, flight of steps.
Descend on gravel path for 50 metres to barrier, next to Waterside Cafeteria. On grass circling left around base of hill, climb grassy path to the top. Right turn in trees, descend steep slope to left turning right to emerge across front of main scoreboard and 100m tarmac towards the spectators car park.
Left onto grass for 30m then sharp left steep climb into dense wood with technical twists and off-camber. Emerge turning onto grass and gravel towards the lake and descend the grassy slope.
Re-ascend the slope, turn westwards onto gravel track for 50m, turn left again descending to the start.
