Who's Who?

Keep coming back here, more riders and officials will be added constantly.

Dennis Dann:

Spud Man! Proprietor of a traveling restaurant that feeds riders and spectators alike at cycling events in the Notts and Deby and beyond. Check out the Spuds, the Bacon Butties, and the cup of tea.

Gavin Hardwick:

Possibly our league champ' for '98/'99. Three wins in a row put Gav' and Beauvale CC on top of the table - only his possition as the leading u23 rider in Britain could pull him away from racing for the league win.

Paul Wright:

Reigning Notts & Derby Champion. He's started this season with a win, so he could well retain his title.

Dislikes: Big Bird

Tim Gould:

Some famous bloke who turns up and wins occasional races. Life member of the league, and thoroughly approachable cycling hero.

Andy Naylor:

"Fresher" of the Ashfield RC has just started Uni'. The sport could soon loose this promising rider to the demons of drink, women, exams, poverty, and all the other great student things. Good luck Andy.

Pete Breen:

3rd in last years league, and a top bloke too. Rides for Dewent Vally ATC Samways.

Russell Cox:

Area secretary and race organiser. He's very often in-charge of judging races, so it pays to be nice to him. Recognise him by his clipboard, glasses and gray beard.

Terry Tayor:

Head of the Tayor clan of top riders, and also an important official in the Notts & Derby League.

Vincent Cox:

Can do a fast race sometimes, but can be found as commentator, course designer, coach, webmaster, and general lay-about at races. Recognise him by long hair, and 'stupid grin'.

Vivien Cox:

Notts and Derby socialite and beer drinking champ.
